When people think of food, everyone’s first thought is whether it is delicious and to one’s taste, and subsequently to the cleanliness and safety of the preparation. Because food is an integral part of human life, Double Dragon Chinese Sesame Oil, produced through natural processes, can be an important taste enhancer. Sesame oil is also suited to seasoning food and marinating all types of meat such as chicken, beef, pork, fish and prawns. Besides improving the taste of food, sesame oil is rich with nutrients that are needed by the body. Just a few drops of sesame oil is enough to make your food more delicious.

Sesame seeds can also be incorporated into food through a myriad of ways, such as with cold noodles. The Japanese use sesame paste to make a sauce that is used for dipping soba noodles, others that are allergic to peanuts may use as a spread on bread like peanut butter. Another way that sesame paste is used is as a sauce in a sukiyaki-like dish frequently enjoyed by the Taiwanese, Koreans and Japanese call “shabu shabu”. Sesame paste is usually mixed with shoyu and used as a dip for the poached meat. Some people prefer it Thai style, with the addition of lime juice, pounded fresh chili and minced garlic, which is more robust and flavourful.

If sesame oil and sesame paste is stored in a dry -room temperature- place away from sunlight, heat and moisture, with its lid firmly closed, the products can last 2 years or 24 months. It can be kept in the kitchen so you can easily improve the taste of your favourite dishes in any cuisine, whenever you want.
